Reactive Dog Agility

"Reactive Dog" agility class is designed to help continue rehabilitating dogs that are aggressive or reactive toward other dogs. While these dogs are not appropriate for a traditional agility class, many could benefit from the outlet that dog agility provides. Reactive Dog Agility class provides a safe setting for reactive dogs to begin learning the agility obstacles, and for owners to have fun with their special needs dogs. Visual barriers will be provided for dogs who need them, and all of the exercises will be done on-leash or in a securely gated area to prevent the dogs from interacting with one another.

This class requires extensive instructor training, expertise, preparation and involvement. A typical class will have 2 instructors trained and experienced in dealing with reactive dogs and is limited to 6 dogs. For these reasons the cost of the class is $135 for 6 weeks.

Before enrolling in this class, dogs must have successfully completed a Level I Growl Class, Control Unleashed Class, or a series of 4 In-Home Private Consults. Please Contact us if you have any questions about your dog's suitability for this class prior to enrolling.
